When accessing our applications through the Apple App Store, you also agree to Apple's Terms of Service. These terms are incorporated by reference into our Terms of Use. Additionally:

The license granted is limited to a non-transferable license to use the applications on Apple-branded products

We, not Apple, are solely responsible for our applications and their content

Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services

Apple is not responsible for any warranty claims or other claims related to our applications

In the event of any third party claim of intellectual property infringement, we, not Apple, will be responsible

2.2 Google Play Store

When accessing our applications through the Google Play Store, you agree to Google Play's Terms of Service. Additionally:

You agree to comply with all applicable Google Play Developer policies

The license granted is personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive

We maintain responsibility for customer support and application content

Refund policies are subject to Google Play Store terms

We comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws

3. User Rights and Restrictions

You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our applications

You may not attempt to circumvent any security features or authentication measures

You may not use our applications for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

You agree not to create derivative works based on our applications

You may not distribute or make the application available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices

4. Privacy and Data Protection

Our Privacy Policy, available at Privacy Policy, describes how we collect, use, and share your personal information. By using our applications, you agree to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to our applications, including all intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of Mobixify LTD and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
