Accessibility statement

This statement covers mobixify.com and appstore.mobixify.com, including every app and game page in the catalogue and each app’s privacy policy, terms and support page. The text is the same on both sites. mobixify.com/accessibility/ is the original.

It does not cover the Apple App Store and Google Play pages that our links lead to, the apps themselves, or the separate site of WisyLink (wisylink.com) and its policies. Apple and Google are responsible for their stores.

Our aim

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 at level AA. WCAG is the standard we measure the sites against.

What we do

We use automated checks (the axe-core accessibility engine) and keyboard checks on our pages, on phone-sized and desktop-sized screens and in light and dark themes. The keyboard checks follow the focus order and look for a visible focus indicator (the outline that shows where you are). We fix the problems we find.

If something on the sites does not work for you, tell us:

• E-mail: info@mobixify.com, with the subject “Accessibility”.
• Say which page you were on, what you were trying to do, and what device, browser and assistive technology you use, if you can.

If you need information from the sites in another format, such as plain text or large print, tell us and we will look at what we can reasonably do.

We usually reply within 3 to 5 working days. This is a typical time, not a promise.
