Fernnote Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Effective 7 November 2026
This page is for people in US states with consumer health data laws, such as Washington and Nevada. It describes, in those laws' terms, the same practices as our Privacy Policy (https://mobixify.com/store/apps/fernnote/privacy/).
What we collect and why. Your entries (medicines, doses, weight, food, how you feel and notes) are stored on your phone, and we do not receive them. Because it comes from Fernnote, the following information could be linked to your use of a health app:
- crash reports, which we need to keep Fernnote working for you;
- purchase records, to give you Pro and keep our accounts.
Where it comes from. From the app on your phone, and from Apple or Google when you buy Pro.
What we share and who receives it. We share crash reports and purchase records with service providers that process them for us on our instructions: hosting, crash reporting and purchase processing providers. Apple and Google receive purchase information for the app stores and payments. Our providers handle this information for us and do not collect it across other websites or apps for their own purposes. We do not sell consumer health data or share it for advertising.
Your rights. You can turn crash reports off at any time in Settings. You can ask us to confirm whether we hold your consumer health data, to give you access to it, to tell you who received it, to correct it or to delete it, by writing to info@mobixify.com. We will reply within 45 days. If we decline a request, you can appeal by replying to our answer, and we will answer your appeal within 45 days.
Changes. If we change this page in a material way, we will update its effective date and say so in the release notes on the store.
