Timeworn Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Mobixify LTD ("we", "us"), company number 16138122. Contact: info@mobixify.com. Company information: mobixify.com/company/. They cover your use of Timeworn (the "game"). By downloading, installing or using the game you accept these Terms.

Licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the game on devices that you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, in line with these Terms and the terms of the store you got it from. Please do not copy, sell or reverse engineer the game, or use cheats or modified versions to change how it works. The game belongs to us or to the companies whose software it includes, and we keep every right that these Terms do not give to you.

Who can play

Timeworn is for players aged 13 and over. If you are under 18, please make sure a parent or guardian is happy for you to play.

Playing as a guest or with a Mobixify ID

You can play as a guest, with no account. Signing in is optional, and you play the same without it. If you choose to sign in with a Mobixify ID, using Google or Google Play Games, the game keeps a cloud save of your progress so that you can restore it on another device. Your sign-in is under the terms of the provider you use, and you can sign in only if you are 13 or older.

Items, upgrades and progress in the game are part of the game only: they have no cash value and cannot be sold or exchanged for money.

You can delete your account in the game (Settings, then Mobixify ID, then Delete Mobixify ID) or by e-mail without opening the game. Deleting it deletes your Mobixify ID and your profiles in every Mobixify game. The Privacy Policy at https://mobixify.com/store/games/timeworn/privacy/ explains what is stored and what deleting removes.

Your progress and settings

Your settings are saved on your device only. If you do not sign in, your progress is saved on your device only too, so we cannot restore it. If you delete the game, clear its storage or lose your device, your progress is lost, unless your own device backup restores it. The cloud save is an optional convenience, so keep your device backup as well. The Privacy Policy says how long it is kept.

Updates and changes

We may update the game, fix problems, and add, change or remove features, levels or content. An update may be needed to keep the game working on newer devices. The game needs a device and operating system version that meet the requirements shown in the store.

Safe use

Please play somewhere safe and take regular breaks.

Third-party components

The game contains components from third parties, including open-source fonts, which are used under their own licences and listed in the game under Licences. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under those licences.

Warranty and liability

To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that the game will be uninterrupted or error free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or for loss of data such as game progress. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects the rights you have as a consumer, including that digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Subject to this, our total liability to you for all claims about the game is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms and any dispute about them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, unless the law of the country where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts or to rely on its mandatory consumer rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The new version applies from the effective date shown on this page, and your continued use of the game means you accept it. We will say so in the release notes on the store when a change matters to you.
